Another good evening, thanks for the pictures Tracy & Sean. DD and I missed Mr. Chairman at the track this morning though. I do hope he makes the cross country tomorrow!  Grin

Hope everybody had a good time last night?  I'm am sure the Chairman is not the only one with a sore head this morning (anybody see him at the track earlier?!...)

The evidence is now available in the Gallery on the website.

And for anybody who can remember singing 'I'm forever blowing bubbles'....the video is (hopefully) coming soon!

OK, decision has been made.

The chosen location is......

The Three Moorehens
Hitchin Hill, Hitchin, SG4 9AJ

Arrive whenever you like from 7.30pm onwards (or earlier if you want I suppose!) and depart whenever you get (a) bored, (b) drunk or (c) a better offer  Cool

For those who wish to continue after chucking out time (which won't include me as I have training the next morning and a race on Sunday so I will be treating my body as a temple  Roll Eyes ), Hitchin Town Centre is a short stagger away where the possibilities are endless (curry, Kings Arms which stays open till 1, fighting etc)   Cool

Hope as many people as possible can make it.  I'm expecting a large turnout from the Hitchin contingent seeing as I have so kindly selected a Hitchin pub.  And Stevenage crowd, we can share cars or taxis - errrr, has anyone got room for me please????  Undecided

But seriously, it's a chance to relax and chat, and maybe even have a laugh  Huh  And it is also Laura Law's farewell drinks so please come and say goodbye to her - (thinks: it's going to be really quiet at annoucements time at training from now on......  Roll Eyes )

See you there folks  Cool

(Oh and by the way, it's not a subsidised event and there's no food - unless you buy it.  Just thought I should mention that so there is no misunderstanding!)

Good one.  You might as well drive seeing as you can't handle your drink and wouldn't want to embarass yourself!

Beer, Wine, Chat......and Children in Need!!!

Make sure you have plenty of loose change for the buckets and tins!
Which one of you are dressing up as Pudsey? (the Chairman can do his Terry Wogan impression).

We must give a good send off to Ms Laura Law!
It will certainly be a lot quieter without her.  Grin
I will miss you Laura

I've got the baby-sitter sorted and will be there!  Smiley

Quiz God, I can see your dilemma....How about you come to the pub and I'll prepare some tricky (or not) questions to ask you - best of both worlds?!!
