Hi Andy
As I said last night we always regroup regularly and although I do not like to agree with Tracy I am not getting any younger.  Apart from me you will be in good company with a very mixed group.

Hi Andy, as an Angel myself I can assure you that the pace won't be anything you can't cope with (the poor Archangel is not getting any younger you know!  Wink ) and also, they love re-grouping! Smiley

Hi Tony,

saw you were online and was wondering about joining you for this saturdays run, but i am not sure if i will keep up with the pace as i have only just started to run the 5 mile Tuesday night session?

Do you regroup regularly? As i don't wantt o slow down your Angel session.

Cheers

Andy

HI Sue

That is brilliant because you can either train at both or you now have a choice, if you cannot make one but can make the other.

No excuses then, we will have a well prepared team for the next XC.  Definitely a 3 line whip for this week-end. Angry

Chicksands Training for XC

The Angels session on Saturday 7th November will be CHICKSANDS.  Be at Manton Road by 9-05a.m.  ready to drive to Chicksands at 9-10a.m.  Chicksands is the venue for our next XC League race. Come with us and get in that extra training, I need all the help I can get. How about you?

The session will consist of 6 miles steady interspersed with plenty of hills and a short interval section on a nice hilly part of the woods.

Anyone wanting to run further can either ensure they have transport back and run an extra 3-4 miles in the woods or we can drop you off at Ickleford and you can run the last 3 miles home.

This will be great training for the XC League on Sunday 22nd.  I was on holiday for the 1st XC but plan to be running in the remainder.  Presumably ALL Angels will be running XC, it is fantastic training for the Spring and Summer months.  With our normal off road training we should all do relatively well, and enjoy ourselves.  Grin

ALL are welcome on Saturday NOT just Angels.  Run and become, a little muddy

The Cadwell/Oughton Head session will now be on Saturday 28th November.
